and Facilitation Services
IDC provides a wide range of consulting and facilitation
services for software development organizations who wish to start,
or are already involved in change. IDC staff have extensive experience
in assisting organizations at all levels of CMM process maturity.
Some consulting and facilitation services provided by IDC are
performed as part of IDC workshops and courses, but specialized
consulting services are available.
