Process Assessment/Appraisal Services

IDC offers a range of software process assessment and appraisal services. IDC will work closely with you to ensure that an appraisal is conducted to meet your organization's specific needs and constraints. Each IDC appraisal is carefully planned and developed following a three step procedure.

2. Tailor the method to the organization's specific constraints and needs.
3. Work with site logistics person to plan and prepare for the site visit.

IDC offers the following types of assessments/appraisals:

1. CMMI SCAMPI Appraisals (Class A, B and C)
2. CMM CBA-IPI Assessments
3. Informal Appraisals (CMM and CMMI based)
4. Expert-mode Appraisals (CMM and CMMI based)
5. Process Improvement Assessments
